The control of parameters, which cause pollution and deteriorates the industrial and natural environment pattern and has received interest from industries especially in Petrochemical Industries, Papermaking Industries and Water Treatment Industries
The process of industrial quality assessment is an evaluation of the industrial quality in relation to standard quality, which is set by Pollution Control Board (PCB). Particular attention is given to factors, which may affect human health and the health of the natural system itself using the sensors
1. Temperature Detection
When temperature value is greater than 40 Degrees Centigrade, pollution level is indicated and it is reported to the pollution control department through Sensor Technology, thus fan switchs on automatically.
2. pH Detection
When pH value is less than 6.5 or greater than 7.5, pollution level is indicated and it is reported to pollution control department through Sensor Technology and thus the motor turns on automatically.
